Yeah.
I decided to break off the leash and animate my OWN ideas. I know that every animator goes through a Madness phase, but like Ergo Engan i realised that animators who film Madness soon stick to it, and then they never end up using creativity. Sure, i might contribute to Madness Day, and i'm trying to take part in Nuerosis 4, but i prefer clay. It's easier. Krinkels is still being creative knowing that he invented Madness, but now the idea is overdone.
What i realised is individuality is more important than homaging. The stupid thing is though that the vast majority of people on the web prefer to see other people make spoofs than to see original ideas.
Anyway, here's a final pic.

I'm back from my two weeks in Sicily. It was cool(well, not really, the sun was really cooking the place up).
I'm continuing with the "Clay Deatmatch Collab" and i've asked a couple more people.
Also i have to work for Clock Day and Madness Day.
To top that i think i have an idea for an interactive game.

I've obviously got a lot planned.

Anyway,so, things have been cool lately, i've finished what is probably my BIGGEST claymation yet, "That thing upstairs is not my daughter". You can see it here on youtube:

It was a big effort and it turned out really awesome. Unfortunately, big breaks between animating meant that it took nearly four months to finish the film!!!!!! Well now i've finished it i'm not sure waht to do. I'm still doing the clay deathmatch collab (PM me about joining) but otherwise i'm stuck. I've been doing heaps of Madness tests on my PC, only one of them turned out relitively well-done, and Madness takes a long time to animate, so i could start that to be ready for Madness day '08.
I was also thinking about starting an old project idea i had for earlier this yaer, called"MEAT MASTERS", but the title is kinda silly and i scripted the film when Sweeney Todd was released, so people would nag me if i animated it then.
So i was thinking of re-titling it at that point. I think horror is cool, so i was plotting to make a bunch of horror claymations. In that case, i could animate "Of withered apples", a short story by Phillip K Dick, he's an awesome sci-fi writer and one of his stories was "The Minority Report". OWA is a chiller story, it's wicked. Buy the book "Second Variety" and read it. There are lots of cool stories in there. So, i'm spoiled for choice.
